Pricing and F.A.Q.'s

Pricing varies depending on location of the shoot (In-studio, your office, or an offsite location).  A standard studio headshot session (in-studio) usually takes no more than 30 minutes including photo session, photo review and selection. 

In-Studio

$250 per person includes professional retouching and an additional square-crop file that is upload-ready for LinkedIn.

RETURNING CLIENT STUDIO SESSION

If you like (or need) to update your business portrait fairly regularly, you can take advantage of my Returning Client Session for the discounted rate of $125.

Your Office

Everyone in the office needs a new headshot, right?  Right.  No problem, we're happy to come to you.

1-9 people      |  $300 per person + $150 location fee 

10-19 people  |  $250 per person + $200 location fee

20+ people     |  $200 per person + $250 location fee

We require a minimum 12'x12' open space with power outlets.

Pricing includes: Travel (within Orange County, Assistant(s), and Post Production (professional retouching and output).

On Location

Outside locations can bring different challenges to a professional photo shoot, but the results can be incredible.

1-9 people   | $350 per person +  $400 location fee

Need a Second 'Look'?

Need something a bit more casual? Maybe for non-professional Social Media sites? Or just to have a decent photograph of yourself?  Just bring a casual outfit with you and we'll add a social media headshot for $99. Professional retouching included.

To Book a Session

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your session (applied to your balance). The remaining balance is due the day of the session. Direct email can be sent to booking@KevinKach.com
